The article that argues for reforms to extend and decentralize democracy - similar to what I was trying to get across in that fateful Ece Temelkuran event. :) The point is that what worked in smaller, simpler times clearly does not work anymore. One way to improve democratic governance is through amplifying the number of points where people can have input. This will have an effect of focusing political conversation on relevant topics instead of letting governments be elected on a single issue.
